My name is Roya and welcome to Roya Today. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I love sharing my passion for <strong>Afghan-inspired<\/strong> recipes, <strong>baking<\/strong> and simple <strong>DIY<\/strong> projects that brings warmth and creativity into everyday life. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Most of my recipes are inspired by my <strong>Afghan heritage<\/strong>.&nbsp; I was born in Afghanistan, but we moved away when I was a young girl. My fondest childhood memories are of my beautiful grandmas, all my cousins, playing outside, those big family dinners and get togethers, summer evenings, big gardens, fresh fruits trees, and home-cooked meals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My love for cooking started early. I remember helping and watching my mom at a very young age, who is an amazing cook and her food is devoured every time she cooks for us. She is my first teacher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now as a mother myself, I always try to make <strong>different recipes<\/strong> and aim to achieve an <strong>authentic taste <\/strong>while keeping things <strong>fresh<\/strong>, <strong>healthy<\/strong>, and <strong>family-friendly<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I love putting my own <strong>modern<\/strong> <strong>twist<\/strong> <strong>on traditional Afghan recipes <\/strong>and creating easy meals that fits into a busy lifestyle.
